PERL PROBLEM 8 (EASY)

HI,
HERE IS PERL PROBLEM 8

write a program to generate 'n' random dna strings between length 'a' and 'b'. The values of 'n', 'a','b' has to be input from command line.

    Hi ,
    I worked 3 mounts in the lab. I got some bioinformatics result. I should write 5000 words so I am looking for someone help me at least 500 or 1000 words to analysis and describe what is each stage and what should I write about each result. These results are about clustal w sequence,phylogenetic tree, primer design(forward,reverse ,mytagenesis reverse and forward).
    Can you help me?
