I am pursuing masters in bioinformatics at georgia institute of technology.My interests include developing online tools, database development, web development,specifically PERL scripting.i am currently learning python as an alternate language to perl.The main idea behind creating this blog is to post daily questions in PERL, bioinformatics and also recent advancements and tutorials in bioinformatics.
